Meet The Sizzle Shack Family

Hello! My name is Vincent-Marco Duchetta. My wife, Monique and I are the owners of The Stuffed Taco and we run it with our youngest son Dante. My culinary adventure started as a young child, learning to cook with my parents in the family kitchen. I can remember the first time I made pasta sauce on my own, I must have been around eight years old! My father is from Italy and taught my sister and I how to make Italian dishes early on. My mom is American and she taught us how to make American dishes such as roasts, chicken and veggies and most importantly, how to bake! 

Hello! My name is Vincent-Marco Duchetta. My wife, Monique and I are the owners of The Sizzle Shack and we run it with our youngest son Dante. My mom is American and she taught us how to make American dishes such as roasts, chicken and veggies and most importantly, how to bake! 

Over the years, I took my basic knowledge of cooking and sought out to learn how to cook all kinds of different recipes from different ethnicities form around the globe! Being that Mexico is our closest neighbor here in Southern California, my family would travel there a few times a year for vacations.

That is where I found my love for Mexican cuisine. Whenever we would go to San Felipe, Baja, I would go to the taco places to eat and would talk to the owners and ask them for their recipes. I remember being sixteen years old and riding my dirt bike into town to go and spend time with my friends at the restaurants and asking them to teach me. They taught me how to make their style of fish as well as carne asada, chicken and Al pastor tacos! Monique, having come from a mixed ethnicity family had the opportunity to learn to cook Mexican as well as Italian cuisine form her grandmothers on both sides! Monique not only helps with the cooking but also helps run the business side of things that keeps us up and running. 

Over the years we have incorporated those techniques and many others to be able to give our customers a unique dining experience by offering a wide variety of different menus. Our goal is to serve the community and our customers in the best way we can by offering an amazing dining experience with great food at affordable prices!

What areas do you service?

We service all of Southern California including Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties!

Do you have gluten free options?

Yes, we have menu options for those that are sensitive to glutens.

What types of events do you cater?

We do corporate events, birthday parties, company picnics, High School dances, Church functions, fairs and more!

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Apple Pay.

Do you have dairy free options?

Yes, we have options that are dairy free.

I'm Vegan, do you have anything for me?

Yes! We have menu items that are specifically created for those friends of ours who are vegetarian/vegan.

Is your food fresh?

Great question! Yes, we make everything from scratch, except the tortillas! 

Do you have a health department rating?

Due to our status and type of permit we hold, the health department doesn’t give those to us. We are however inspected and held to the same standards as restaurants and have to go through a quarterly inspection.
